Working on my feet all day & they always hurt no matter what type of shoes I ware, could I possibly have foot burs or how do I know if I have foot burs?

I am not sure what foot burs are but you may mean heel spurs. This is pain in the heel area usually worse in the morning. Regardless I would recommend arch supports for your shoes.
