Stafford Pharmacy & Home Healthcare is a privately owned, Canadian company, located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. In operation since 1985 our emphasis continues to be the healthcare market that includes pharmaceutical care, medical-surgical supplies, complementary medicine, and custom compounding. To do this, our staff includes pharmacists, technicians, home care consultants, a registered nurse along with support staff. Collectively, they provide the expertise necessary to support product sales. As a result, we offer a complete package of products and services for the healthcare consumer.

One of our guiding principles has been to provide exceptional customer service. To do this, we have made a point of listening to you the consumer. In the late 1980's, the practice of footcare was beginning to enter the forefront of patient care. It was no longer just trimming toenails, as was taught in most nursing programs. Footcare was now regarded as an important part of nursing care. With this trend, our customers wanted products and knowledge. In 1994, we produced our first footcare catalogue "Stafford's Basics". We offered a one stop shopping concept which provided everything from instruments to support socks.

Footcare has become a rapidly changing, dynamic area with new product innovations being driven by the needs of the footcare practitioner and patient. This has changed the footcare industry, creating many new products, improving on the old and sometimes, seeing the end of a product's life. In order to meet the needs of the industry, many products have been sourced from all parts of the globe. Our current selection displays the efforts of our staff to find the product that best meets the demands of footcare practitioners.

Over the years, with the assistance of our customers, we have made modification to the products we carry. Our second publication of "Stafford's Basics" reflects many changes to our product lines. We were excited that our second catalogue was a true reflection of our customers needs.

Even as our catalogue was being published, product changes were being made to reflect the change in supply and demand. Bringing these changes to you the customer in a timely fashion has always been limited by

the catalogue medium. This limitation was certainly a driving force behind our decision to provide an online catalogue which gives customers an up-to-date product selection.
